Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every BabyBooey blanket (a product of 172 Tech). If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please review the following policy for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Our Commitment
Every BabyBooey cashmere and Merino wool baby blanket is crafted with care and inspected before it leaves us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the blanket meets the following conditions:
- The blanket is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The blanket is returned in its original BabyBooey gift box packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided
Items that have been used, washed, stained, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. Please include photographs of the damage or defect when reaching out.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us through our enquiry form with the following details:
- Your order confirmation or reference number
- The reason for the return
- Photographs of the item (if damaged or defective)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us and receiving approval.
5. Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
For returns due to damage, defect, or error on our part, 172 Tech will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Exchanges
As we currently offer a single product, exchanges are limited to replacement of the same item. If you would like a replacement, please follow the return process above and indicate your preference for an exchange.
8. International Orders
International returns are accepted under the same conditions above. Please note that customs duties and import taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable by 172 Tech, as these are imposed by your country's customs authority.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we will investigate.
